Process Flow Description
Recycle-water Treatment Process Flow
First, the bulky grains such as the suspended substance and battings are removed from the washing sewage; then water quality and amount balancing is carried out in the adjusting pool, while heavy kernels such as sediments are precipitated. Second, the sewage is pumped into the MBR by a lift pump, where the high-density activated sludge carries out complete and effective deterioration to the organic matters in the sewage. Last, the treated water is discharged into the reservoir for recycling after it is filtered and collected by the membrane module, while the mud is totally trapped in the reaction tank and to be discharged periodically. The whole process is in PLC automatic control.

MBR—Water Treatment Revolutionary Technology
Fundamental principles of MBR: MBR is an organic combination of membrane separation technique and biotechnology. It uses hyperfiltration and microfiltration membrane separation technology instead of the second pond and normal filtration unit of the traditional activated sludge process, and can make the HRT and SRT totally separated. Its high-efficient solid-liquid separation capaurban makes the water quality good and the suspended substance and the turbidity nearly zero, additionally, it can trap biotic pollution substance such as colon bacillus and make the treated water able to be recycled directly. This equipment is especially suitable to the reclaimed water recycling treatment and is an excellent application of the 21st century high-tech in water treatment.
Features of MBR
MBR is a new product combining membrane separation technique and biotechnology.
The high-efficient solid-liquid separation effect is far better than the traditional sedimentation pool with good water quality and the suspended substance and turbidity nearly zero. The treated water can be recycled directly and the equipment has realized sewage reclamation.
Membrane high-efficient interception function makes the microorganism completely trapped in the reactor, the circuit reactor HRT and SRT totally separated, and the running control more flexible and stable.
The microorganism in the reactor is of high density shockproof.
It is helpful to the interception and growth of the slow proliferated nitrobacteria and brings up the systematic nitration efficiency. Some changes in the operation mode also have denitrification and dephosphorization functions.
The equipment has long SRT. Membrane separation makes the macromolecule in the sewage difficult to be deteriorated, so it has sufficient detention time in the limited biological reactor, and the deterioration rate of the organic matter is greatly enhanced. The reactor is operated in high capaurban load and low mud load with less mud left and long mud disposal period, leaving no excess mud to be disposed.
The system adopts PLC control which can realize full process automation control.
Application Scope
Urban sewage deep treatment. The treated water can be used directly in watering plants, flushing the toilet, treating the landscape and washing cars.
The intermediate water projects of industrial and mining enterprises, hotels, hospitals, office buildings, residential communities, etc.
The sewage reusing treatment of laundry plants (rooms) and car washing.
